THE SUPERIOR AND ULTIMATE WISDOM

WISDOM makes the difference and sound wisdom makes ultimate difference. And this WISDOM is available for YOU!!!

I would like to glean life from the book of Proverbs. Prov 2: 6 - 8. 'For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth comes knowledge and understanding; He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly; He guards the paths of justice, and preserves the way of His saints. NKJV.

Do you need wisdom for anything? Are you at the verge of making a decision and you are wondering what to do and how to go about it? Ask the Lord - He gives WISDOM. verse 6 pointed out clearly that God is 100% committed to your success in life. That the one who knows eternity is ever available and just behind you and I, whispering Wisdom for Success. (Isa 30: 21). There is a need to seek for the wisdom that he has already provided. I admonish you to draw nearer to God in the place of prayers and study of the Word.

Furthermore, in verse 7 we can see that 'He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;' Prov 2: 7. Wow, what a wonderful revelation before God's people this morning. God, the maker of the Heavens and the earth; the one who knows the end from the beginning; the one who has the final say; even your maker did not only provide access to wisdom daily, He also has a reservoir of sound wisdom for the upright. I'm beginning to understand afresh why our God was called 'The El Shaddai One - which means the El Shaddai One.

In Gen 22; 14, we understood through Abraham that 'God will always provide'. The revelation of God to His Saints this morning is that 'He is not just going to provide' rather 'He has stores full and bursting with extra ordinary wisdom' - please note that it is sound wisdom, wisdom that makes a man to be outstanding. Why we are often bothered with what shall we eat, drink and wear and excessively worry about physical provisions, God is saying 'I have my stores full of winning formula - wisdom' Wisdom is the fastest route to wisdom. Through Wisdom, Joseph and Daniel were elevated from the lowest levels to enviable positions. Beloved, think about it. This is what God has stored up for you. Wisdom! Great stuff I see God revealing and depositing right into you and I this morning.

As we bring this study to a close, it's pertinent to point out that the storing process is for the upright. Let's be careful in dismissing this salient point. He did not even say 'stores up for the believers'. The qualification to having stores full of wisdom is uprightness before God. We can therefore extend this understanding by saying that 'anytime we stand before God in any other manner - in sin & disobedience, in compromise; anytime we are not in right standing with God, the stores of Wisdom may get and actually become depleted. The store don't get replenished. I now understand why Ahitophel's wisdom suddenly became foolishness because he shifted status from uprightness to compromise. (Feel free to read up about Ahitophel).

Oh, is it possible for a man to always walk in upright status with God - I hear you whisper! Yes, it's possible. Man only gets carried away by the flesh and fleshy desires when he/she is unguarded. The fulcrum of this message to the saints therefore is 'to guard your heart'. Do everything to preserve your relationship with God. We stand to lose much more than what we gain when we derail from the wholesome path. It's a war zone I know but its also a battle we have been assured of victory. John 10;10.

As we continue in this week wherein God has assured us, THERE SHALL BE NO LOSS, I commend you and yours into God's everlasting arms of favour. Meditate on these words. Do the needful. I will endeavour to do the same. Till I come your way tomorrow again, stay blessed and rapturable.

Beloved, it's a wonderful day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Go ahead and rejoice in the fullness of the wisdom from above.

Shalom and Blessings!
