Topic: Anointing for Permanent Turn Around
Text: Mark 10:46-52
46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.
47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.
48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.
49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.
50 And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.
51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.
52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
Blind Bartimaeus was wise to have followed Jesus because he understood that, It is one thing to get a miracle, It is another thing to retain permanently.
I pray, may your great turnaround be permanent in Jesus name.
From now on, you have to be careful what you say. Whatever you say will be established.
There is Anointing for Personal Turnaround. With this anointing, the captive will be set free, the sorrowful becomes joyful and then Churches get planted.
Then there is Anointing for Family Turnaround. If you've enjoyed a turnaround but your family hasn't, you won't know much peace.
There is Anointing for a City Turnaround.
There is also anointing for a Nation Turnaround - 1 Samuel 17:41-51.
There is Anointing for the Churches Turnaround.
There is however a greater need for the Anointing to turnaround the lives of others - Isaiah 61:1-6.
The anointing is what helps you bring about Turn Arounds for others. In this turnaround, you won't be able to keep your mouth shut about the good news of Jesus in Jesus’ name.
With this Anointing, you'll be able to anoint others encourage the depressed, heal, and comfort others. When you're anointed, you bring anointing to others and then testimonies will follow.
With this Anointing you will be able to:
1. Bring others to Jesus
2. Heal the sick
3. Deliver the oppressed.
4. Comfort the depressed
5. Anoint others
6. Plant churches
“I'm prophesying to you, that by the time you get home, you'll never be poor again"
The greatest turnaround is however the Rapture; when we leave this world and go home. Of what use is the Miracles, signs and wonders if you end up in hell.
The greatest need for Anointing is for you to finish well.
“Raise your hand to the Lord and declare 'By the special grace of God, I will finish well"
Apostle Paul knew this and sought ceaselessly the anointing to press on - Philippians 3:10, Psalm 23:5-6.
Before Anointing, we'll eat at the table of the Lord. Then we will dwell in the presence of the Lord like Bartimaeus followed in the ways of Jesus.
The Spirit of God wants me to announce to all those who will stick with His son Adeboye; there is no way they will finish small.
The Table of the Lord is only meant for true children of God; genuine members of God's family. If you're not born again, don't ever take the Holy Communion. It is for only the children of God, true members of God's family. He is giving you a chance to come to HIM now! - Altar Call
Prayer when taking the bread
“Father, the turnaround from sickness to health which You've done in my body is permanent in Jesus’ name"
When you drink the wine; ask the Lord that the fresh fire of the Holy Spirit will come down upon us to strengthen and empower us.
As you are anointed, this will be your desperate prayers:
“Father, use me to bring turnaround to others and let me finish well in Jesus’ name.”
Prayer Point
I want you to decree that every yoke in your life, family, place of birth, village, town and city, will be permanently destroyed. This very moment the Almighty will turn the tide against the enemy of your Nation.
Join hands with your neighbor and cry to the Almighty God saying; Father, whatever it may cost, let me see this Your child in Your kingdom.
My Father and my God,
The Consuming Fire Himself,
Tonight because of the Anointing, consume every yoke in the life of your children, the family they represent, their places of birth, churches.
Let your fire consume every enemy of our church and our Nation in Jesus’ name.
Father, all these Your children, one way or the other, whatever it will cost, let me see them in Your kingdom.
In Jesus’ name we pray!
