INTRODUCTION 1. God is the Author and Originator of a New Beginning- Isa 42:9. A new beginning talks about a new thing . A new thing talks about a change. A change of status, level, stature, food, clothing, income, mindset, emotions, etc. God has all it takes to do the miraculous in the lives of His children and He will do it for you this year in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

WHAT I AM SAYING HERE IS THAT SOME OF US HERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PRIME MOVER IN THE SOCIETY BUT DUE TO ONE REASON OR THE OTHER, YOU ARE NOT MAKING ANY PROGRESS EVEN WHEN GOD HAS ENDOWED YOU WITH SUCH A GREAT GIFT OR TALENT- Romans 8:19, Prov 18:16. COMMON, BRACE YOURSELF TOGETHER CAUSE YOU ARE ABOUT TO BE LAUNCHED ONTO YOUR PATH OF BREAKTHROUGH- JEREMIAH 29:11.

2. Some Situation requiring positive new beginnings are: a. A new beginning for the BARREN is FRUITFULNESS- Gen 21:1-7;30: 22-24. b. A new beginning for the SORROWFUL is JOY- Psa 30:5;Jer 31:16-17. c. A new beginning for the DEFEATED is VICTORY- Jos 7:4-6;8:26. d. A new beginning for a person/family in DETENTION is FREEDOM- Gen 41:14; Psa 40:1-

3. e. A new beginning for those who are STAGNANT is PROGRESS/ PROMOTION- Exo 12:31-32;14:15; Psa 75: 6-7. f. A new beginning for the SICK and the OPPRESSED is SOUND HEALTH- Psa 107:20; Jer 17:14; Acts 10:38. g. A new beginning for a Nation/Family that is going through CRISIS is PEACE- Psa 29:11; Isa 54:13. h. A new beginning for somebody confronted with ABJECT POVERTY is PROSPERITY- Zech 1:17; 3Jhn2. i. A new beginning for a BACKSLIDER is REVIVAL and RESTORATION- Psa 85:6-7; Hos 6:1-2. j. A new beginning for a SINNER is SALVATION- Prov 15:8-9; 2Cor 5:17; Jhn 3:3,16. k. A new beginning for a PROCRASTINATOR is PROMPT ACTION- Psa 119:60; 1Sam 21:8. l. A new beginning for a SLOTHFUL is DILIGENCE- 2Thes 3:10, Prov 6:6-11; 22:29.

IN WHICH AREA(S) OF YOUR LIFE DO YOU NEED A NEW BEGINNING A CHILD OF GOD? May the Lord give you as you ask for it in the Mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

CONCLUSION This time of the year is the perfect time for unfolding new horizons and realizing all dreams. Re-discover the strength and courage that lies within you and start to move forward from now. START NOW. Endeavor to come early next Tuesday by His grace, for the continuation of the series. May the God of New Beginning start a new thing in our lives in Jesus name. Amen. See you then.

Freedom- To be free and allowed to do want you want. 9. Stagnant- With little or no progress at all. 10. Progress- Process of gradual improving or getting nearer to achieving or completing something. 11. Sick-Physically/Mentally ill. 12. Oppressed- To be treated cruelly or prevented from enjoying the same opportunities, freedom and benefits of a true child of God. 13. Sound Health- Free from illness. 14. Crisis- To be affected by one or more serious problems. 15. Peace- Not being disturbed, calm and quiet; serenity. 16. Abject- Extremely bad. 17. Poverty- Having very little money and few possessions. 18. Prosperity- Doing well in every aspect of one's life. 19. Backslider- Someone who stopped being a true child of God again. 20. Revival- To become active and popular again. 21. Restoration- Make to be in the former state/ Recovery. 22. Sinner- One who doesn't believe in God/ Wicked person. 23. Repentance- To show godly sorrow and going back to serve God. 24. Salvation- Receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. 25. Procrastinate- Leaving things to be done until later often coz you don't want to do them. 26. Prompt- Deciding to take action without delay. 27. Slothful- Lazy and unwilling to make an effort to work. 28. Diligence- Working hard in a careful and thorough way.
